I am a food explorer and photographer of festivals, cultures and cuisines, restaurants large and small.

I truly love dark roast coffee, wines, dark chocolates, deep ruby beers and stouts. And ice cream. OK, yes, and Mexican food, Thai, Indian, sushi, slightly crisp chicken wings, dim sum, pizza, a good steak…

I’m always learning something new. 

I’m curious and passionate about so many things beyond food:

At work, I’m a marketer known for being a builder of bridges between traditional and digital media. And I’m a data geek.  Like many jobs, it’s complicated, and I enjoy it. 

Sometimes I travel solo, and other times I’m accompanied by my husband. We live in the Toronto area and are frequently in Southern California. We miss our kitties when we’re gone.
